Bridgefest 2009 Parade Entry Form
If you would like to enter a float in the Bridgefest Parade, please complete and return this form with your entry fee. This form is presented in PDF format.

NOTE: Due to the downtown Houghton construction, the parade route has changed for 2009. Please see map below.

Feet On Street 2009 Registration Form
6 player maximum roster, 4 players on the court for each team at a time (3 forwards, 1 goalie). Registration fee for a team will be $60.00. Divisions: 10 & under, 11 – 14, High School, & Open divisions. These ages will be adjusted if necessary to fill out a division. At least 4 teams in each age bracket to make it worth while. We will play 3 five minute periods. All penalties are penalty shots, except for major penalties (fighting, flagrant fouls, etc) and this would result in a game ejection. All players need to wear a helmet, NO EXCEPTIONS! Players under 18 years of age need to wear a mask also. Any other equipment a player chooses to wear is their choice, but goalies can only wear player equipment, not full goalie equipment, but they can wear a glove but no buffer. And they also need to wear a mask, regardless of age.

Forms can be dropped off to Trina at the Chamber of Commerce building. It is the building right before Citgo gas station as you're headed into Houghton from Michigan Tech. The phone number is 906.483.5240. They are open from Mon. - Fri. from 9am - 5:30pm.
